In the Deploy stage, we implement the building blocks prepared in the Develop phase—and tie them all together. For example, if we hired recruiters in the Develop phase, we give them the green light to search for candidates in the Deploy phase. If we bought a new technology system in the Develop phase, we now install it. The goals of the Deploy phase are to:
- Execute on the plan for people, process, and technology changes
- Meet all deliverables
- Implement success measurement strategies
- Establish follow-up activities
