The Design phase varies for every client—it’s where we start customizing the engagement. We’ll coordinately closely with your team to gather all important data points, discuss milestones, and develop both short- and long-term plans for meeting your goals. Throughout the Design phase, we’ll continuously solicit and coordinate stakeholder buy-in and feedback. The goals of the Design phase are to:
